Fitness Journals & Planners

Hot off the press and not for the faint-hearted, these Fitness Journals rapidly became something of an 'Ultimate' style product during design... we just couldn't bear to leave anything out. The two demo pages from the front of the journal are posted below (obviously the actual daily log pages fit neatly on to one 8.5" x 11" page).

There are lots of added extras at the back: a muscle map, stats tracker, calorie look-up tables, expenses log etc...

Small Wine Journals for Different Palates

Below are some of the latest additions to our range of notebooks … two small wine journals entitled 'Wine Notes' and 'Wine Notes & Ramblings'. The two cover designs are very different. One is a close up of a wine bottle complete with the classic anecdote “wine improves with age … the older I get, the better I like it!” and the other is a more contemporary design full of wine related words.
